Flexi is a complete platform for computer telephony with a large number of tried and tested configurable functions. Flexi also offers pre-packaged products, eg. Flexi CC, Flexi Tid, Flexi Fax, Flexi Conference, Flexi Presentity to name just a few. The possibility to develop and connect customer specific applications to the system gives a unique combination of standard functions with “special functions” - all in one system

Built on standard components

Flexi is built from standard components from world leading providers like Microsoft for development environment, operating system, system database and Webserver, Dialogic for voice-/faxboard and SIP as well as Nuance for our speech enabled servieces (ASR).

Administration and maintenance

By using a user-friendly graphical web interface, AdmiTal Web, the system can be administrated and maintained by a large number of different users simultaneously, each user with its own unique rights to the system. All changes can be done while the system is running and will be activated immediately

In-house developed

The software Flexi is completely developed in-house by Datatal. Flexi provides complete control of the system and at the same time makes it possible to deal with support calls quickly as well as shorter development time for new functions. In-house development also provides the possibility for connections with other systems, often customer specific, that can be done quickly, easily and secure.

Library of Voice files

Flexi always comes delivered with a complete studio recorded library of voice files for automatic replay of amounts, dates, weekdays, time of day, phone numbers, just to name a few. Each language roughly includes 5800 system voice files.

Flexi Tid

IVR based booking system with Callback

Flexi Tid is a interactive voice-response (IVR) based booking system with Callback. Instead of setting an incoming call in a queue, the system automatically books a Callback time. The caller chooses a suitable Callback time, which is later initiated via a web interface by the called person.

Contact Center

Flexi Contact Centre (CC) is a system for sophisticated queue management of different types of incoming contacts, such as Calls, E-mail, Fax and text messages (SMS). All contacts, irrespective of type, are presented via a graphic user interface (Client) in a common queue for the Agents. Different types of contacts can then be given different priorities via a unique point calculation function that considers the customer, type of contact and skill of the logged-in Agents. Flexi CC is administered in operation via a web interface (AdmiTal Web).
