Flexi Voice ensures that the person who calls is always met by a professionally and correctly recorded voice response, containing a welcome message, the name of the person they are attempting to call, presence status and/or time when he will return. The caller can also been offered other choices, of leaving a voicemail message, having the called person’s mobile telephone number or e-mail address played back or optional be connected directly to the telephone operator.

Flexi Voice is an “electronic private secretary”, which allows every user to communicate with their customers in an efficient and simple manner, even when the user is occupied. When the user can not answer or is occupied, Flexi Voice will take the call. The telephone operator can answer the calls that need manual service, and availability to the customer increases

How Flexi Voice works

When the user sets his presence status, all incoming calls are redirected to Flexi Voice. Thanks to a connection to the PBX, the system “knows” which user is being called and then looks in the system database to see how the call to this user should be handled, and the functions to be offered to the caller. The presence data is retrieved on-line from the system database. Pre-recorded voice files are then instantly linked together and will instantly be played back. This means that spoken presence data automaticly reflects the users current presence status, at all time.

Thanks to the professional pre-recorded voice files, the caller receives correct and full information without the user having to record their own “personal greeting”.
