Flexi Fax replaces all your paper faxes

Just how much does operation and maintenance of your paper faxes cost? Flexi Fax helps you to abolish them without losing the facility of both sending and receiving faxes, just as usual. The only difference is that you avoid the costs and difficulty of using paper faxes – everything is managed from your computer. If you have a paper that has to be faxed, you need a scanner or a copier which can do this.

Fax2Mail – receives faxes in your mailbox

Your incoming fax is converted to an e-mail message which is sent to your e-mail address. The fax message is enclosed as a file in pdf format. You look at the fax with Adobe Acrobat Reader, by double-clicking the file. Could this be simpler? If you want to redirect the fax to a colleague, you just forward the e-mail message. Flexi Fax2Mail can handle incoming fax for a group or individual addressees.

Mail2Fax – send fax from your mail client

To send a fax, you enclose a pdf file that you then send as usual, with the fax number in the address, such as . If you want to send a simple fax message (just text), you write the e-mail as usual, without an attached file, and the text (budy) in the e-mail is then transmitted as a fax page to the addressee. If you want to send a fax to several addressees, attach a dispatch list containing all your addressees as a text file that you then attach to the e-mail and send it to an address like: .
