About Servera

Servera is a restaurant supply wholesaler and wholly owned subsidiary of Axel Johnson AB. We offer full coverage service to restaurants and caterers throughout Sweden. The product range includes foodstuffs - dry goods, perishables (meat and delicatessen, food & green, cheese and dairy) plus frozen goods, drink, equipment, paper, hygiene and cleaning items.

Products

Servera is one of our very first and largest customers! Datatal has been given the opportunity of delivering and progressively upgrading Servera’s e-trade system since 1996, consisting of order reception by both interactive voice response and web. As the number of customers has increased, bringing new demands and requests, the functionality and capacity of the system has been progressively extended. Servera’s e-trade system is one of the very largest sites these days, with a turnover in 2008 of more than 2.4 thousand million crowns.

Datatal is responsible for both development and operation of the development, test and production systems. Orders via the interactive voice response system communicate on-line with the back-office business support system, via a common interface.
