About SCB

SCB (Statistics Sweden) is a public authority which houses official statistics and collects other National statistics. SCB’s tasks include coordinating and supporting the Swedish official statistics system.

Products

SCB has had Flexi Kö and a customised function for reporting statistical data via IVR since 1999. Data reporting is done by logging in, plus item ID and price. There is direct communication with SCB’s commercial system for statistics acquisition. The customer has an Aastra Mx-One PBX.
