Flexi Voice offers a large number of built-in statistics reports, which makes it easy to follow up utilisation levels.

Statistical reports are quickly and easily accessed via the graphic interface, AdmiTal Web. You choose the report, period and resolution. Then click a button and in a few seconds you will have a complete report, presented in the form of a diagram that you can then copy or print out. If you want to process a selected statistics report in another statistics program, you can easily export it to Excel or a CSV file.


Flexi Voice offers the following and other reports:

  • Menu selections in one or several voicemail boxes
  • Number of calls to one or several voicemail boxes
  • Number of calls, total
  • Number of menu hits
  • Button selection in menus
