Flexi CC offers a large number of built-in statistics reports, which makes it easier to follow up your stated quality and availability requirements.

Statistical reports are quickly and easily accessed via the graphic interface. AdmiTal Web. You choose the report, agent or queue, period and resolution. Then click a button and in a few seconds you will have a complete report, presented in the form of a diagram that you can then copy or print out. If you want to process a selected statistics report in another statistics program, you can easily export it to Excel or a CSV file.
