Multiple languages
You can use Flexi to offer several languages, both externally and internally, for your users. In an increasingly globalised world, with IP telephony marching in, the demands for multiple languages increase rapidly.
Multiple languages means much more than just voice files in another language.
Flexi supports the following languages for voice files:
- Swedish
- English
- Norwegian
- Finnish
- Danish
This is how the Flexi language option works
Flexi supports an unlimited number of languages, but the caller is only offered two languages at the same time to choose from. The caller’s ANI or the DNIS number, can also control the choice of languages. For example, if an incoming call comes from Finland, the system automatically switches to Finnish or if the next call comes from Norway, the Norwegian voice files are used.
