Flexi Wallboard offers real time statistics which can be displayed on a 42” plasma screen that is centrally located so that everybody in the Call Center team can see it.

Flexi Wallboard allows you to display important status on a monitor, which can be seen by the Agents and/or the supervisor. The purpose is to provide an internal display of the situation “right now” and to show the history of “how well we worked” earlier today. A quick look at the wall can give the supervisor important information that the queue is unusually long at the same time as many agents have taken a break and can thus rapidly handle this.

The Wallboard client runs on a separate computer and can be configured as a “slide show” so that different queues are displayed alternately, with different background colours if you like. The information displayed applies to the current day, and is automatically zeroed at midnight every day.

You are fully aware of the situation if you use a Flexi CC Wallboard!

The following information is displayed:

  • Name of the queue being displayed
  • Number of incoming calls
  • Number of answered calls
  • Number of calls in queue
  • Number of lost calls
  • Percentage lost calls related to the number of incoming calls
  • Service level (number of calls answered in a given time)
  • Queue time (longest in queue)
  • Number of logged-in agents
  • Number of busy Agents
  • Number of free Agents
  • Number of logged-in Agents who are taking a break
