The User’s interface

Presentity Web offers a user-friendly and easily accessible graphic interface for you, as the user. You can efficiently handle your own telephony, presence status, listen to Voicemail, search for colleagues or look at colleagues’ status. You log in with the same user information as you do to your Voicemail, via the telephone. Presentity Web is available in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish and English. Presentity Web is included in the User licence.

Here, you can:

• Listen to Voicemail messages
• See the status of your colleagues
• Change your own settings

Presence

To set presence status for your own or colleagues’ telephones in Presentity Web is quick and easy. You can also set up your own Hot-keys and there is a built-in calendar with all public holidays. You can also register future presence status.

Messages

When somebody has left a Voice message, this is displayed with a clear symbol. You can then listen to the message right away, from your PC speakers.

A message list will show all your messages with a time stamp, sender’s telephone number, name (if found in the databse) and status. When you click a message, a built-in player is opened which allows you to fast forward/rewind, pause or save a message as a WAV file in your computer.
Of course, you can also listen to your Voicemail messages from any telephone if you prefer.

Status

In small companies, a list of all users might be simpler to use than constantly searching for a colleague. For this reason, Presentity Web contains a page that displays all users in the same way as shown in the search results for Search, including the status.

Search

Presentity Web offers a powerful search function that allows you to find a colleague, quickly and easily. The Search function offers Free Text searching or Advanced searching if you need it. You can see from the search results at once, if a person you are searching for is available or not. You can also click “Show” to see more information about the user or just simple use the built-in Click-to-Call function.

Settings

You can see your own settings under Settings, and also change some of them.
