Flexi Tid

Flexi Tid is a interactive voice-response (IVR) based booking system with Callback. Instead of setting an incoming call in a queue, the system automatically books a Callback time. The caller chooses a suitable Callback time, which is later initiated via a web interface by the called person.

Flexi Tid takes the load off

By “turning the queue round” and calling the customer instead, at a previously agreed time, the pressure is taken off the PBX. Queued calls also cause heavy loading on incoming telephone lines, completely unnecessarily. Calling at a planned time gives efficient use of your personnel’s time and the customers’ time. Many people who call in during a short time naturally form a queue, and Flexi Tid allows you to plan calls with your customers and save queuing.

Avoid constantly ringing telephones

Since Flexi Tid receives all your incoming calls, you avoid constantly ringing telephones. Life just becomes quiet, and you call customers yourself at a pre-arranged time. Customers arrange their bookings themselves, without affecting your work or disturbing you.

This is how it works

Flexi Tid is based on an automatic voice response system, which means that customers can call at any time of day or night, far earlier than you start working each day. This means that more customers can call at the same time, far more than you can handle manually, which means enhanced service and availability to the customer.

You connect Flexi Tid to your PBX and redirect incoming telephone numbers to the system. The customer calls the same telephone number as before, but are now guided by an interactive voice system and is able to book a time for being called back instead of ending up in a telephone queue.

Click-to-Call on the webpage and the system automatically dials the number for you, simply, in comfort and with no risk of calling the wrong number.

You administrate Flexi Tid via the AdmiTal Web web interface, where you can set up the manning schedule, specify different properties for the response site, add or delete persons in charge, produce statistics etc.
