Flexi Conference

You can order the number of voice channels to meet your requirements for simultaneous conference participants and other simultaneous conferences. For example, using 10 voice channels, you could set up two simultaneous conferences with 5 participants in each, or 4 in one and 6 in the other one. The number of conference participants is only limited by the number of licences and voice channels. You can easily extend the system as your needs increase.

You configure your PBX to direct a certain call number to Flexi Conference and then link this number to the conference function. You then invite the other participants you want to have participate, give them the date and time, phone number and PIN to join up your particular conference. It is a good idea to use your own extension as the PIN, so that you always know you have your “own” conference. It can’t be simpler!
