About Svenska Spel

Svenska Spel is Sweden’s largest lottery company. Last year, our betting response was top ranked. At the same time, 292 people became millionaires by betting with us. This is than one person every weekday, all year round.

Svenska Spel is nationalised. Briefly, our assignment is to organise betting and lotteries, with a licence from the government. We are supposed to be a responsible and credible alternative to illegal betting.

Svenska Spel has had a Flexi Voice, Flexi Speech Controlled Telephone Operator and Flexi Fax since 2002. We are proud to have Sweden’s largest betting company as a customer, a customer which demands a lot, but also constantly develops its activities and thus has new requirements and requests. Svenska Spel has an Aastra Mx-One exchange and a Vision 80/20 call redirection system .
