About Västmanland County Council

Västmanland County contains 10 municipalities. The county is one of the smaller ones in Sweden, as regards area. These central city is Västerås. Västmanland County Council is an organisation which is based on divisions.

The foundation is local medical care, which is available throughout the county. This includes local GP surgeries, local hospitals and certain special functions such as asylum and immigration health care, plus all young person’s clinics.

The Västmanland County Council (LTV) is one of our flagships. Flexi CC and Flexi Tid were installed in 2007, which supply the County Council clinics, hospital wards, support groups etc. The delivery came from NEC Philips. The customer has a NECP iS3000 PBX. The system has as many as 180 voice channels and supplies seven different PBX nodes in a wide geographic area, with thousands of users. LTV also uses Flexi to direct a large number of incoming calls via scheduling functions and menu choices which the callers make, in order to relieve the load on the telephone operators and to increase service levels and availability for customers at the same time.
