About Gotland Municipality

GOTLAND MUNICIPALITY was formed in 1971 by amalgamation of a number of smaller municipalities on Gotland. At the same time, the municipality took over responsibility for medical care, folk high schools and public transport from the County Council. Gotland, together with Scania, Västra Götaland and Kalmar, is one of the areas where experiments involving modified regional responsibility are in progress.

Gotland Municipality is one of our first larger customers, and we are proud that we have been given the opportunity of supplying and regularly updating the municipality’s Flexi system. The Flexi system currently consists of two main components; Flexi Voice with voice mailboxes and spoken presence status for the almost 2,500 extensions in the municipality, plus Flexi Tid for reservations at the municipalities clinics and hospital wards. Gotland Municipality has an Aastra Mx-One PBX with a DNA PAM system.
