Flexi Tid Web is the graphic user interface that the agents use in their daily work.

The bookings that callers make are stored in a database and you can log into the system, as an Agent, via an ordinary web browser. Log in and you will see a call list containing the booked calls, Calbacks, the time to call them and the telephone number that the customer has specified. If you have activated the social security number / customer number function, this information is also displayed in the call list.

Click “Call” and the system automatically dials the call for you, simply, in comfort and with no risk of calling the wrong number. If the customer does not answer, or is engaged, you can “put the call back” into the call list and try later. If you are able to contact the customer, the call automatically disappears from the call list as soon as you have finished the call. The system automatically logs all successful and failed calls in a history log. You can also make your own notes for every call, which are also stored in the history log.
