The Speech Controlled Auto Attendit is a fully integrated optional function for our Flexi Presentity and Flexi Voice products, which offers a number of different services to make your work more effective and reduces the requirement for live telephone operator resources. You can access the service 24/7 from any telephone, wherever you are.

Use your voice for controlling – forget everything about menus and DTMF selection!

  • Activate your presence status
  • Delete your active presence status
  • Ask about presence status?
  • Automatic login from a known telephone
  • Login from any telephone
  • Assisted in being connected to a colleague’s extension or cellphone
  • Leave a voicemail message (if your colleague is not present)
  • Get your colleague’s extension, cell phone number or e-mail address played back
