Auto Attendit with DTMF
Imagine a telephone operator who is always working and is never ill, answers at the first ring and quickly and efficiently helps your customers, where ever they are. Datatal’s Auto Attendit gives you one or more of these “telephone operators”.
Flexi Auto Attendit offers a menu choice via DTMF selection and can be configured via weekend and weekday schedules, so that incoming calls will be correctly handled when your personnel is not available. You can configure an unlimited number of menus, menu choices and menu levels. Each menu is recorded in the statistics, so you can track how your customers make their choices, how many call and when they call.
Press 1 for support, press 2 for accounts or press 9 for the operator….
Each menu choice can be configured in different ways, such as playing a voice file (opening times), go to a submenu, redirect to a queue in the PBX, redirect to a queue in Flexi CC, connect to a particular extension etc. You can easily configure all of this, as a customer, via the graphic web interface - AdmiTal Web.
