Forget everything related to administration of voice files. Our automatic name updating service does the entire job for you. Just enter the user’s name in the system and it will automatically retrieve the correct voice file from our name database. It couldn’t be simpler, and the best thing is – all voice files are prerecorded in a studio, i.e. no synthetic speech (TTS)!

Flexi can play back the name instead of an extension number for the spoken presence status, i.e. all the user’s first names and surnames are played back, so the caller knows that they have reached the correct extension. These voice files consist of pre-recorded voice files, for all people’s names in Sweden. NOTE! We do not offer synthetic voice files, only pre-recorded voice files which were recorded in our own studio, with the same voice as the rest of the system.
