Our phone support +46 498 – 25 30 30 is available to our certified resellers weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm with a lunch break between 12 am and 1 pm.
Error reports can be made via our Support web. If you do not have an account, please email or call us and we will create one for you.
Error reports can also be made by mailing firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone. Remember to include name, phone number, email address and make sure to leave an as detailed error report as possible. Registered error report and performed actions will always be confirmed via email which also will include your ticket number. Please state your ticket number in all further correspondence.
